Graduate management trainee programme
Fast track development

Our Graduate Management Trainee programme is an 18 month course designed to develop well-rounded people who will play a key role in shaping Radisson Edwardian’s future.

Our programme offers:

on and off the job management and leadership training

.
 experience gained within different operational and Head Office departments
.
 understanding of hotel operations and what is required to run a successful department
.
 constant measurement and feedback
.
 guaranteed supervisory or management position upon completion

 

The end is just the beginning!
Graduates who complete the programme at a high level will be offered a team leader role and will be invited to join the Executive Management programme, which will facilitate your development to either a House Manager or group central support role.
